Platform terms of use for Malaysian users
This page contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the dpf4u platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of terms of use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dpf4u platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the dpf4u platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and dpf4u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
The dpf4u platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

Account creation and security responsibilities
Registration and account verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dpf4u platform. Attempts by the same individual to register more than one account may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. During registration, users are required to provide their full name, a valid email address, and any other information needed for identity verification purposes.
Dpf4u reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or where activity requires further verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Password and account security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — including username and password — confidential. dpf4u will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.
Users must notify dpf4u immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone is a best practice strongly recommended for all users of this platform.
Platform usage responsibilities and rules
Users agree to use the dpf4u platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action where applicable:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or dishonest activity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems or security
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access the platform
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unfair advantage
Dpf4u reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be in breach of the above rules, including permanent suspension or closure without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Payments, deposits, and financial transactions
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the dpf4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local deposit and withdrawal methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX transfers, and direct bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits made using third-party payment methods or on behalf of another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension and a temporary freeze of the associated funds pending investigation.
Withdrawal processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification requirements that may need to be completed before processing. dpf4u reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are account security concerns, additional verification requirements, or an ongoing investigation into account activity.
Any funds credited to an account through bonuses or rewards may be subject to rollover requirements and validity periods before withdrawals are permitted. Users are advised to review the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it.
Dpf4u is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be displayed within the user's account. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability limits, intellectual property, and account policies
Dpf4u shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages incurred by users in connection with their use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the value of funds held in the user's account at the time the claim is made, subject to limits set out under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or technical errors.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the dpf4u platform are the exclusive property of dpf4u or its licensed rights holders. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from dpf4u. Infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Dpf4u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or at the user's own request. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate method once all required investigations are complete and identity has been verified.
Third-party links and services
The dpf4u platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. dpf4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and is subject to the relevant third party's terms and conditions.
Changes to terms and applicable law
Dpf4u reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Notice of significant changes may be sent via email or in-account notification. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
